You belong to our Customer Success Team, and report to the Retail Program Director

Your mission

  • Project management:
    • Project planning & delivery
      • Define scope of work and plan – own & write all Project documentation
      • Request support to secure resources & deliveries as per Plan, Scope of work and budget
      • Coordinate internal teams and 3rd parties – own all Project internal / external meetings
      • Lead Business acceptance and validation plan – coordinate with Product and Release Management team for successful upgrades
      • Collect, challenge and prioritize Customer new requirements in coordination with Business Solution & Product Teams
    • Risk Management
      • Proactively identify, track & report risks – define & lead mitigation plans execution
    • Customer Relationship Management
      • Build strong relationship & trust with Customer Project Teams
  • Presales support
    • Support Sales Team in RFP and new opportunities assessment on Project requirements
    • Contribute (prep / org / attend) to Marketing events
  • Team Management
    • Contribute to Team governance (Reporting, Team meetings animation, workshops organization, …)
    • for Senior Project Managers: Coach & mentor junior PM – if applicable drive junior PM on Projects

    • Good understanding of SaaS Projects – able to lead IT integration project streams

Your profile

  • Min 4+ years of experience as Project Manager in software Solution deployment – Good understanding of SaaS Projects – able to lead IT integration project streams
  • RFID, Retail or Food experience is a plus
  • Advanced English speaking and writing
