About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on individual to work closely with Global Sales, Customer Success, and the Finance team to manage the Sales Operations process starting with the Quote and Booking stage of Opportunities in Salesforce, including assignment of Sales Order numbers and documentation of the order when POs are received, tracking of the order’s progress in Asana, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to client, working with the Accounting team to ensure proper Revenue Recognition, Renewal processing, and, when necessary, following up on payment. You, along with the relevant Sales Representative, will be the expert on each customer!

The ideal candidate has experience with organizing and reviewing purchase orders, day-to-day billing activities, tracking renewals, and understanding SAAS revenue recognition. This individual can communicate effectively and follow-up with Customers and Mojix employees around the globe and also stay on top of the details. Job Responsibilities:

  • Track Quotes and Bookings using Salesforce
  • Review sales contracts and purchase orders to ensure new, expanding, and renewing customers are invoiced promptly
  • Organize and maintain contracts, POs, Sales Orders, correspondence, etc.
  • Manage the Renewal Process
  • Partner with our teams as well as customers to address and resolve all issues regarding customer billing issues, POs, contracts, and revenue
  • Create accurate Sales Forecasts, Bookings, Revenue reports
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Ops and/or Revenue Accounting in a SAAS company
  • 2+ year of experience coordinating between the Sales, Customer Success, Finance teams and Customers
  • Experience with Asana, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-through
  • A strong ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with all internal and external customers
  • The desire to learn and grow with the organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and the ability to get stuff done
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to jump in and help out as neede
